A healthy soul needs a healthy body. Our diverse weekly programming is designed to be a holistic experience that benefits the mind, body and soul. By challenging our students in the classroom and on the basketball court, we maintain their all around wellbeing while also building great friendships.

What you’ll experience:

  • Krav Maga training with our own instructor (two hours/week).
  • Fitness training on campus with our own personal trainer.
  • Army training – a week long intensive army training course with the IDF.
  • Hiking – At least twice a month we go on incredible hikes all around the country to build up our stamina for the end of the year Yam L’Yam hike which is a 3 day hike from the Mediterranean Sea to the Kinneret.
